Although this skill comes naturally to the privileged few, most of us have to work hard to develop our leadership skills; and even the most gifted of us need to stay abreast of the latest thinking and best practices.
This implies a commitment to continually renew our skills and knowledge with carefully chosen programmes of continuing education that supplement our daily management experience.
Although business school and university courses can be helpful, they often prove to be too long, too expensive, too general or insufficiently practical in orientation.

We specialise in short, cost-effective cutting edge programmes on topical issues in leadership and organisational behaviour. Designed to enhance the leadership and people management skills of busy executives, we ensure that our programmes are well grounded in the latest research but are practical and relevant to the real world.
Drawing on our expertise as business psychologists and organisational change specialists, we design and facilitate custom programmes in leadership, interpersonal behaviour, coaching and change management. In developing a programme for you, we will always try to address your immediate business needs as well as the longer term personal development needs of individual course participants. This means that our programmes usually have an ‘action learning’ component requiring integration of the programme with day to day business practice.
Our programmes are generally modular in design and of two to three days duration. In most instances we will carry out some preliminary survey or assessment work before designing and then piloting the programme for you.
Since many of our custom designed programmes require both pre and post course work we provide also web based distance learning support.
In addition to offering custom in-house programmes, we also offer short public course on topical issues in leadership and organisational behaviour.
