The Executive Coaching Practice at Milward & Partners specialises in helping managers and executives to develop an unshakeable confidence in their ability to lead others. Our services are flexible and entirely customised to fit in with your schedule and work challenges. All of our Executive Coaches are mature, experienced businessmen and women who combine professional skills in coaching with many years practical leadership experience.
Coaching groups and teams
We are often asked to combine coaching for individual executives with coaching for groups and teams. Here, our emphasis is the same; helping group members to develop a sense of shared confidence in their ability to work well together to achieve group goals.
Whether you wish to develop a management team, a sales team, a customer service team or another form of project group, we can help you to establish a clarity of purpose and build robust team processes that will enable you to achieve your goals.
Strategic career review & outplacement
We are often retained by human resource departments to help with outplacement of executives following the restructure of an organisation. Sometimes we are approached by private individuals who are trying to get a better understanding of their interest, aptitudes and career options. In either case, since we are not headhunters we can be entirely objective. We have no interest in gaining a fee from placing you in an organisation. Our goal is to help you to understand your strengths, build your confidence and decide on a new future that is right for you.
